Leee Jeffries

Director of Engineering

Leee joined Thintech in April 2014, having spent 9 years developing and honing his skills in customer services, team management and developing bespoke software solutions. Leee’s experience also includes developing online training materials and training clients to use their new systems.

Before joining Thintech, Leee was Professional Services Manager for EMEA, running large scale projects for clients including B&Q, IKEA and John Lewis. This involved end-to-end, client consultation, requirements capture, solution design, acceptance and delivery- managing remote and onsite resources to develop and implement solutions in line with 2020 software.

At Thintech Leee sees himself as a hybrid between engineering and management. He now heads up the technical teams as well as running the support help desk. His experience of managing teams, and commitment to constantly improving IT help desk services, enables him to spot potential issues before they arise – ensuring that both our onsite and remote services operate in a seamless way.

Leee combines managing projects with hands-on involvement in the specifications for new installations, guaranteeing that he maintains up-to-the-minute of Thintech projects’ progress and delivery.
