At Thintech we understand that no two clients are alike and require different levels of support. Our team of experts can be on hand for those time consuming tickets freeing your internal resources to concentrate on other critical tasks or where we can handle the entire IT Support desk function.

Thintech Response

Thintech Response is our reactive support package for those who want an extension to their exisiting support team. All 3 levels of our support package cover the entire stack from bare metal to the end user support extension of your 3rd line support.

Each level has a monthly base price for availablity and then support is billed on a pay as you go basis charged in 10 minite increments. All levels of support also come with a 15 minute SLA for response.

  • Bronze Level Support offers support from 8am – 6pm UK time for £300+VAT per calender month and support is charged at £125+VAT and billed in 10 minute increments.
  • Silver Level Support offers support 24 hours a day and includes Monday to Friday for £500+VAT per calender month and support is charged at £125+VAT and billed in 10 minute increments.
  • Gold Level Support offers support 24 hours a day and 7 days a week for £800+VAT per calender month and support is charged at £125+VAT and billed in 10 minute increments.

Thintech Support Plus

Thintech Support Plus is for those that want a more proactive support package. Thintech Support Plus includes 24/7 monitoring and support for your entire technology stack which means we will identify potential issues before they take place. We work very closely with your existing support team to ensure a belt and braces approach to proactive IT Support.

Support Plus offers support 24 hours a day and 7 days a week for £1500+VAT per calender month and support is charged at £125+VAT and billed in 10 minute increments. It also includes the following:

  • 24/7 Proactive Monitoring
  • 1 day onsite with a senior consultant
  • Dedicated Project Manager
  • Quarterly Health Check (worth £5k)
  • Patching and upgrading included

Managed Services

Our Managed Services offering is for those who want a team of experts to be responsible for the entire estate and provide a complete 3rd line support so you dont have to. Our Managed Services is very simply priced at £250+VAT for each Virtual machine, Switch or SAN per calendar month. It also includes the following:

  • 99.9% Guaranteed Uptime
  • Dedicated Account Manager
  • Dediacted Consultant
  • Dedicated Project Manager
