Thintech Response

Thintech Response is a reactive support contract that comes in 3 different levels depending on your requirements. All support levels will cover your entire stack from the bare metal to the vital 3rd line support your exisiting support team can call upon when required.

Bronze Support

Our bronze level support give you access to our support desk Monday to Friday from 8am – 6pm. This is charged at £300 +VAT per calender month.

Support is then charged at £125+VAT per hour and is billed in 10 minute increments.
