The evolution of a small Citrix installation into a supported environment for a growing organisation.
Thintech helped IPES develop a small, underperforming Citrix installation into a complete virtual desktop service used by teams in Guernsey, Jersey and London.
The solution was hosted in IPES’s Guernsey data centre, virtualised with Citrix XenServer and replicated to a separate backup and recovery location.
It delivered a consistent Windows and Microsoft 365 experience alongside business applications. Thintech trained IPES staff for day-to-day third-line operation and continued to provide specialist escalation support.
