This page explains how Thintech handles personal information submitted through the website and how to contact us about your data.
Information use
Thintech Services Ltd does not sell or rent personal information without the permission of the person to whom it relates. Information may be shared with a service provider working on our behalf only where needed for a defined activity and subject to appropriate controls.
When you submit the contact form, the details you provide are transmitted to Thintech's Microsoft 365 mailbox and used by authorised staff to respond to your enquiry. Do not include passwords, authentication codes or other secrets in the form.
If you choose to give us information for an enquiry involving one of our technology partners, relevant information may be provided to that partner where it is necessary to respond to the request.
Email communications
We aim to limit business communications to relevant technology products, services, events and existing customer relationships. Every marketing communication should provide a practical way to opt out.
To ask us to stop a communication or remove an address from a marketing list, email security@thintech.co.uk.
Your choices and data protection
You can ask about the information we hold, request that inaccurate information is corrected, object to certain uses or ask for deletion where the law allows it. We handle requests in line with applicable UK data-protection law.

Website and cookies
The site stores an essential preference cookie for up to one year to remember your cookie choice. If you accept analytics, we use Google Analytics to measure visits and understand how people use the website. Google may set analytics cookies and process information such as pages viewed, approximate location, device and browser details, and referral source. Analytics is not loaded unless you accept it, and we do not use advertising cookies.
