To give you an idea of the lengths we go to to protect your data, our back-up data centre is housed in a bunker originally designed to withstand nuclear attack.

Our proactive monitoring and alert system allows us to react to any issues that arise in your desktop environment – maximising continuity for your people. Our fully-staffed 24/7 helpdesk service will react to alerts, meaning that many problems are fixed while most of your staff remains unaware of them.
Regular Health Checks
Thintech Integrated includes a quarterly Health Check as standard – providing a report which summarises your VDI environment and configuration on a server by server basis and offers recommendations for performance optimisation. Thintech Integrated clients benefit from these recommendations being actioned as part of their managed services contract.
