London Borough realising a vision of flexible working

A Citrix programme designed to give 2,000 council employees secure, flexible access to their working environment.

Overview

Working with Capita, Thintech helped the London Borough of Merton bring Citrix workspace technology to 2,000 employees, supporting flexible-location working and secure access from a wider range of devices.

Citrix virtual applications, desktops and secure access simplified the user experience while supporting the council’s plans for a more flexible estate and future shared services.

  • Secure access to applications, documents and rich media
  • Hosted shared desktops for a dispersed workforce
  • Reduced desktop-estate management overhead
  • A flexible design able to accommodate change

Thintech’s knowledge and passion came through in a design flexible enough to accommodate changes.
